STANDARD SHIPPING:
Orders below ₹999 — flat ₹99 shipping.
Delivery in 5-7 business days.

HEAVY ITEMS:
Products above 1kg (sarees, large
handicrafts, painting sets) — ₹149.
Delivery in 5-7 business days.

CASH ON DELIVERY:
Available on orders up to ₹5,000.
COD charge ₹50 applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed within 24-48
hours of placement. You will receive
an order confirmation email and SMS
immediately after purchase.

TRACKING:
Tracking number sent via SMS and
email once order is shipped. Track
your order on our branded tracking
page or courier partner website.

SPECIAL HANDLING:
All GI Tagged products are carefully
packaged to ensure they reach you in
perfect condition:
